2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Selling Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased by the recipient through the seller's website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, kind, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, and total amount of the purchased product or service will be specified during the order. All details regarding the product and payment terms will be presented to the buyer during the order.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Product prices, together with the specified taxes and additional fees, constitute the total sales price.
The buyer will make the payment by selecting one of the payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery during the payment stage of the order.
The seller will process the order after collecting the payment and will begin delivery of the product.
5. DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery will be made to the buyer's address, and the delivery time may vary depending on the region where the address specified by the buyer is located.
The product will be shipped by the seller before being delivered to the buyer. The shipping company will inform the buyer about the delivery time and other conditions.
During delivery, the box containing the product should be checked for damage. If there is any damage, a report should be filed with the shipping company and the seller should be notified.
6. RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its labels intact.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing (by phone, fax, or email).
Certain products, such as those produced specifically for an individual, opened for use, or non-hygienic products, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The seller will only process the buyer's personal data as required by the contract and will protect it in accordance with legal obligations. Personal data will only be used for processing the order, making the delivery, and providing the service.
8. CONTRACT CHANGES
The Seller reserves the right to amend this contract at any time. Contract amendments will be announced to the Buyer on the website, and the changes will take effect after the announcement.
9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts. The buyer accepts the courts and enforcement offices in the region where the seller is located as competent.
10. ENFORCEMENT
This agreement is valid at the time the buyer places their order and constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and the seller. By accepting the terms of this agreement, the buyer confirms their order.
