Cancellation and Return Conditions

The BUYER may exercise their right to cancel the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/entity at the address they specified, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER, except for legal exceptions.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail or e-mail to the relevant addresses of the SELLER.

Product returns will not be accepted after the BUYER has completed the 14-day legal process.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the invoice for the product delivered to third parties other than the BUYER or to the BUYER (if the invoice for the product to be returned is issued in the name of a legal entity/trader, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the legal entity/trader when returning the product) must be returned. Returns for orders with invoices issued in the name of a legal entity/trader cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.

Return form: In order for the BUYER to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must fill out the return form sent to them with the product and deliver the product to the shipping/transport company together with the return form. The BUYER reserves the right to declare withdrawal outside of the return form.

Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and any standard accessories.

The SELLER is obligated to refund the total amount collected, including the cost of delivery to the BUYER, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. If the SELLER does not offer to take back the goods within 10 (ten) days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, the BUYER must return the goods to the SELLER via the shipping/transport company that originally delivered them within 10 (ten) days of submitting the notice of withdrawal.

If the value of the product decreases due to a fault attributable to the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER shall be liable to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the fault. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases where the product is lost.

If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the amount of the campaign organized by the SELLER to fall below the limit, the discount amount benefited from within the scope of the campaign shall be canceled.

The BUYER accepts that they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

a) Goods or services whose price fluctuates in line with fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier,

b) Goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs,

c) Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire,

ç) Goods whose protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seals, or packages, have been opened after delivery; goods that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons,

d) Goods that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,

e) Books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in a material medium, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery of the goods,

f) Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement,

g) Services that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period, such as accommodation, moving, car rental, food and beverage supply, and services related to the use of leisure time for entertainment or recreation,

ğ) Services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer,

h) Services commenced with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.

If the BUYER wishes to return any product from the campaign order under the right of withdrawal, the SELLER will make the refund payment by deducting the amount reflected in the cart as a discount from the price of the returned product.
